Management

In my life I have had some really terrible bosses. One trait that I notice resides with those awful excuses for management is their lack of having their own team’s back; never really wanting their team to win. “How do I work for you? You are so ill prepared for this position.” My first thought is always that you want the best for your career. Too often I encountered, dare I say jealous “leaders”.

Do you not understand you only have one job that matters and that is to lead? Leading the team off the cliff, while technically is leading, wasn’t the direction I had in mind. Your home life must be a nightmare that blowing up your work environment ain’t shit.

Where are the leaders in leadership? Is it too much to ask for someone who wants to:

A. Be here

B. Lead with facts and not the alternative kind
